Darin made the entire process of selecting my car a pleasure. It started with me calling him from overseas because I was moving to the Bay Area and needed a car soon after arriving. He was responsive at every step. When the car was ready, he spent lots of time with me explaining the features of the car, even as I was a prior owner of the G series sedan. He did not provide us with useless information about the car. Instead he provided us with the information we were after. The reasons why we chose Infiniti over other brands. As a result we ended up with a rare '08 G35 S. Something we weren't considering at the time but we were glad we came across it at the end. 2.9% financing allowed us to consider a slightly higher priced car. Overall our experience was very good, and Darin has two more customers looking to use him in their next car purchase. I would recommend Darin to a friend.

Darin's knowledge of the full line of Infiniti product is why we purchased a new FX35. Having driven an FX45 for the last 9 years, I really appreciated the brand.

I recently was in the market to purchase a new car. I did a lot of homework before choosing a brand, I ultimately choose Infiniti and am glad that I did. When I went to Frontier Infiniti I was immediately greeted by Darin. He was very polite and introduce himself to my girlfriend first and then myself. We told him that we were just looking at the cars but one in particular. Darin immediately showed us the car and let us take a look inside of the car. He was very knowledgeable about the car and its features. With out us asking he let us know what features the car didn't have and also why it was traded in. Which impressed me as most sales people don't take the time to explain the small stuff. He was very friendly and was NOT pushy. Before we could say it he said why don't the two of you sleep on it and lets talk in the morning. Great idea and I asked more questions about the car and the price and potential payments. This is one thing I will commend him for and the main reason I came back and will always come back and recommend Darin. Is that he took the time to listen to me and explain the uncertainties of my situation, ie: uncertainty of credit score, trade-in issues/possibilities. He said he wouldn't be comfortable giving me ballpark and its best to come back in to work things thru. I truly felt he was being honest and not using this as a ploy to get me to come back in. The next day I returned and Darin and the team at Frontier Infiniti were able to get me into my new G25.
I would highly encourage and recommend everyone to talk to Darin Howard when they want to get a new Infiniti. I know I will be back to get another car from him.

My wife and I recently purchased a G37 convertible. Darin Howard greeted us in the parking lot and was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated his patience in letting us test drive the vehicle and explain the many advanced features of the car. We were a little overwhelmed by the keyless lock and ignition systems, navigation, Sirius Radio, retractable roof, seat position memory, blue tooth settings, etc, etc.
Darin cheerfully showed us how it all worked, set up the blue tooth for us, and made himself available throughout the process even through his lunch hour. He even invited us to lunch and let us know there was no hurry in making this significant decision.

If you have never driven an Infinity G37, you gotta do it. I guarantee you will be very impressed. I have owned lexus, mercedes, and BMW's. This Infinity is definitely the best vehicle of all.

My recent purchase of a Infiniti 2012 G25 Sedan at Frontier Infiniti, Santa Clara, CA was a pleasant experience. Darin Howard, my Sales Consultant, was professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable of the Infiniti product line. He made the negotiations and financial arrangements phase of my purchase easy and not stressful, but a pleasant experience. I currently own a 1998 Infiniti I30 and have been pleased with the quality and reliability of the Infiniti product. When I talked with Darin over the phone before I came into the dealership I explained to him that I do not like to waste time. I stopped by the dealership and he was very efficient and didn't waste my time with giving me the regular sales guy pitch. He was direct with what he could do for me as far as the car and price. The first car I tried to purchased just did not work out so I left empty handed. A few days later I noticed they had another car that I was very interested in. Darin again was very helpful with information about the vehicle. Unfortunately he was not able to be at the dealership when I could. And to my surprised he recommended a few other sales people there that would be happy to help me with the purchase. I was impressed that as a sales guy he would politely transfer his potential sale to someone else to accommodate my schedule.
After I purchased the vehicle from one of his colleagues he followed up with me directly to make sure everything went well with the purchase and asked how I liked the car.
This is the 2nd Infiniti that I've purchased and I wish I would have dealt with Frontier Infiniti and mainly Darin when I purchased my first one. Great dealership to work with and sales customer service was great.

Darin is a true master of 21st century selling. He knows that today's selling is about providing information and being helpful in identifying the key benefits of a product for his clients. After asking me a series of questions, he was able to point out the car's features that would be helpful in my day to day work activities. Being in real estate, it was important that I my next car would be equipped with bluetooth, have a spacious trunk and have ipod connection. Darin immediately picked up on my needs and spent as much time as I needed in describing the most relevant features to me. Darin, i believe is a great person in general. Not only was he the best salesman i came across but he also became a friends with me and my buddy josh. Most People are forced to buy cars when going to a dealership or the car the salesman is trying to sell all the sudden becomes the best car on the lot because of the way the salesman has described it and some are just way to pushy. Darin was completely honest about anything we asked him. He did not Take any shortcuts what so ever. when going for a test drive, He showed us what the car can really do. he was very confident in what he was showing us and proved his confidence to us. He is a very nice person to just talk to and hang out with for a few hours at the dealership. He will definitely keep you entertained through the long process. My shopping experience at Frontier Infiniti was excellent, Darin made everything very clear and was very upfront about details regarding the car and any questions I had. I never felt pressured into making any purchases, and always felt that if I had any concerns Darin would make his best effort to address them. Darin Howard was very good with the way he handled our Infiniti ex 35 purchase. He was well informed, courteous and helpful. Darin is an extremely professional salesperson and does a great job of representing Infiniti. Over a period of about 5 weeks, he followed up exactly as I asked him to. When my buying situation clarified, I returned to Frontier Infiniti and purchased there solely because of his customer service.
He came in on his day off to make sure the car was delivered properly, spent all the time I needed to make sure I understood the car, and gave me his personal cell number if I had any problems at any time.

Thanks to Darin, I am the proud owner of a new G37. Darin was very knowledgable about all of the features and functionality of this car. It was a pleasure working with Darin, and he made it easy to purchase the Armada. He was easily accessible and very informative on any question I had. I am always leery of buying a car so far away without actually seeing the vehicle in person, but he made me feel comfortable about the Armada.
