It is rare that an encounter with a used car salesman becomes one of the week's high points, but that describes the time my wife and I spent with Malcolm Cohen. I had done my homework and was pretty sure the 2011 G37S sedan was the car I wanted, and Malcolm was probably aware of that, but nevertheless he took us on a long and very enjoyable test drive. He demonstrated some of the features of the car, then turned it over to me for a romp through Los Altos Hills. That sealed the deal. Afterward the transaction was completed he took the time to go over the computer systems until I was saturated. He set up the Bluetooth connection to my cell phone, and later he even went to my wife's workplace to pick up the pink slip to our trade-in car. I highly recommend Malcolm Cohen and Frontier Infiniti.

Malcolm is hands down the best auto sales professional in his field, and that I've ever worked with! I've purchased a few vehicles from Malcolm, and each transaction was pleasant, haggle free, and consistent with the previous. Malcolm is extremely accomodating and has worked with me in getting all of the cars I wanted and within the financing ranges I desired, even going so far as to deliver my vehicles to me at work approximately 45 miles away. I 've not had to go into the dealership for any of my purchases with Malcolm. Nor have I had to have back and forth phone conversations regarding any of the transactions; they were all completed successfully and solely via email. That says alot about Malcolm's knowledge of the business and the product. Malcolm is very courteous, helpful, and honest. He really does take the angst out of car buying, making it a more pleasant experience. I greatly appreciate Malcolm's patience and no pressure approach, and I highly recommend him to anyone seriously looking to purchase a vehicle, because he can make it happen.

I want to say that you and all of the staff at Frontier Infiniti treated my family and I like we were guests in your home. As unsure of our financing options from the start, Malcolm Cohen did everything he could to place us in the vehicle that we originally wanted, the 2004 QX56. This is perfect for our family of 6. We enjoy it everytime we go on a road trip. I am really excited for this purchase because it is so comfortable. You did change things in our lives because we are no longer buying another Ford. From now on we are buying Infiniti because of all of the safety features and longevity of the vehicles. The backup rear camera is what sold us on the Infiniti Brand. Our kids love the DVD entertainment system. The movies are a real plus when on long drives away from home. Thank you for the most wonderful experiences now and in the future. I encountered Mr. Cohen while purchasing an 2013 FX at Frontier Infiniti. I was initially dealing with a typical car sales person that was rubbing me the wrong way and so to try and fix things the manager had Malcome come and help me. Malcolm proved to be consumate professional who was courteous, knowledgable and helpful in anyway possible. I arranged for my wife to come back at a later date for a full tutorial of the new car with Malcolm and she reported that Malcolm was very helpful and pleasant to deal with--which is rare in the care dealer world. Malcolm is the reason i own an Infiniti.... five days in and i love it!! He was very responsive and respectful from the moment i submitted an internet request for more information on the infiniti cars. He didn't ring me obsessively and communicated in a way that i felt i could trust him from the get go. I then took my best friend with me for a test drive and Malcolm was delightful in person. I haven't thought purchasing a car is so easy. I purchase JX35 from Frontier Infiniti and Malcolm Cohen was our sales consultant. He was very helpful, friendly and responsive. I was very pleased with my experience at Frontier Infiniti on 10/2/12 and the Sales Rep Malcolm. I don't really enjoy the car buying experience so I put off getting a new car for quite a while. I saw the car I was interested in online and emailed to setup a time to see it. Malcolm was quick to respond and flexible with my schedule for a meeting. I found him to be very easy going, not pushy, and easy to work with. I told him where I needed to be on my trade and on the price of the car and he did his best to get there. I feel I got a good deal on a SUV that I really liked, I enjoyed working with Malcom, would recommend him, and would do business with him again.

Malcom did a great job introducing me to the Infiniti Ex35. I was a little hesitant on whether I could afford the car or not. But once we did the numbers on both the financing and lease options, it made sense. He was patient with all my requests even while it was way past his working hours. The negotiation went smooth, he was transparent and more important we had a deal put together pretty quick. And i am sure it was a win-win situation. The car was ready to go the next day and he went over all the features in detail. Overall he was thoroughly professional and fun to work on the deal with. I highly recommend Malcolm and Frontier Infiniti to anyone who is looking to buy their Infiniti.

I had the good fortune of getting connected with Malcolm for an internet purchase. He always made himself available for any of my questions (e-mail or cell phone). He kept assuring me that even though the car was sight unseen, it was in excellent shape and he wasn't lying. He took care of the administrative issues on the California end while I took care of getting a loan started on my end. Once I got my bank in connection with the Frontier dealership, things got rolling fast. Malcolm hooked me up with a transportation company that runs cars to locations all over the country for Frontier Infiniti. That worked out well for me. Overall, I would say I had a great experience working with Malcolm and I would be happy to recommend him to any potential buyer.

From start to finish, Malcolm treated us with respect, kindness and integrity. His first offer for the price of the new car and the trade-in of our old car exceeded all of our expectations. He gave us an exceptionally fair price and he did not expect us to haggle and negotiate. But, not only did he treat us well to get us to sign the dotted line, Malcolm came in _on his day off_ to personally deliver the vehicle to us. I only wish that our car buying experiences in the future are as painless and pleasant as dealing with Malcolm. I would buy another car from Malcolm in a heart beat.

Malcolm made what could have been a stressful and unpleasant experience the total opposite. I had been to several other dealers before coming to Frontier Infiniti. I felt no pressure whatsoever like I did at some of the other dealers.

Malcolm is quite knowledgeable about the car he sold us. He knows all of the features and benefits and even the weight of the vehicle. He also knew a lot about the car we were trading in – a Ford Explorer – and he was able to readily explain the differences.
We really appreciated Malcolm’s helpfulness. I am extremely busy, and the fact that Malcolm was willing to drive our new car to the house is what sealed the deal. Once at the house, he spent a long time- approximately an hour and a half, perhaps longer – sitting in the car and going over each and every button and knob and how to use them. This was after he spent a long time thoroughly explaining the car, the Infiniti Personal Assistant, service, etc.
Before leaving, Malcolm even climbed up on a ladder in the garage and programmed the garage door opener in the new Infiniti. We really appreciate him doing that. Since he knew exactly how to do the programming, it took him only a few minutes, but it would have taken us a long time to find and figure out the directions in the manual and program it ourselves.
