What a pleasure to work with Brad. He really does go the extra mile to ensure that your car is servied at the highest level and that you understand what is causing the issue. He does a fantastic job of describing the situation and outling your options.
One huge difference between Brad and others is that Brad is working for/with you in contrast to other Service Consultants who are always pushing an up-sell.

Brad always takes good care of me (and my car!) I'm treated the way I want to be treated when I take my car in for service. He returns my calls and emails quickly. While my car was in for service he contacted me to let me know about some other maintenance items that needed to be taken care of. This kind of service is why I plan to buy another Infiniti when the day comes that I need to replace my current car.

Brad is pretty much a safe harbor for auto concerns. He's the epitome of great personable service without being fake or pushy. Infiniti has always had professional representatives, but Brad brings an extra level of caring. He needs to be cloned!

I almost did not return to Infinity after experiencing bad service in January when I'd brought the car in and Brad was out for surgery. He completely listened to me when I returned in July, apologized and made recompense for my ill-treatment. I now can think of Frontier Infinity with a very positive feeling, and know I can trust that I am a valued customer. Brad is sincere and cares.
