Joe is very knowledgeable about my car and is able to answer all my questions/concerns. I do not drive my '07 G-35 sedan much, so Joe has tailor made a service schedule to meet my needs. Everyone at Frontier Infiniti is pleasant and helpful and it makes the whole experience enjoyable.

Joe was very helpful finding a few things that I had not realized would have been covered under warranty. It was great having these items fixed. He was also helpful in addressing a long standing problem I have had about squeaking breaks. My neighbors no longer know when I leave for work in the morning as my car is finally silent again.

I was thrilled with the professional and more importantly timely and accurate service I received from Joe yesterday. I own 2 infiniti's from Frontier largely because of another great experience in sales, but have never taken them to dealer service (nor any of my cars) since I have always viewed dealer services as slow, painful and costly.
The precision of the appointment, follow up, loaner car, Joe's frightfulness in assessing the issue and the other small touches will make me reconsider my stance. I'll see you all soon for my next service.

Outstanding service. I own a 2008 G35S and have a 75k mile service package. I took in for my normal 6 month service and mentioned my breaks squeak. Joe said he would look into and let me know what he could do.
Not only did he repair the problem with the break, but he managed to cover the cost of the repair under factory warranty, which breaks are normally not under warranty. He also saw unusual wear on my door molding and steering wheel and also replaced under factory warranty.
In my +30 years of owning a car, I've never had a service consultant go the extra distance like Joe has. If you want excellent service ask for Joe.

He is always ready for me at my appointment time and knows what needs to be done with the car. I appreciate that he communicates electronically, but is also easy to reach by phone if needed. One of his best traits is that he actually listens to me which is rare today. The car is always done when promised. Joe Zueger is fantastic! I have been in for service for my g35 coupe and for my q45 sedan. He is great at double checking what has been done prior on the cars, my warranty status, and provided knowledgeable recommendations on what was needed. He has been wonderful at letting me know the estimated time the service will take, what the service includes, the estimated price, and most importantly - gets my approval! I've been provided a loaner vehicle with ease (when necessary) which is very convenient so that I can get to work. He was great at contacting me promptly regarding additional issues found during the world-class inspection and gave me details about what the problems were along with options on the next steps - again not moving forward until I had given approval. He is very good at promptly contacting me as soon as my car is ready.
Overall - I can rest assured that my car is in good hands and being taken care of with Joe.

Joe has been my service consultant from the very beginning of my purchase. And I am pleased with how he has treated me and my car. Joe understands that my car means a lot to me and takes care of minute details that most people would overlook.

Customer service is always important and Joe does a great job of keeping me informed. Although I have not had any problems with my car and only need to have it serviced periodically ,he is friendly and service oriented. He returns calls and lets me know when my car is ready to be picked up. I love returning to a clean car as well. The technicians always cover the seats and floormat to make sure it is the way they found the car. Since I am a Realtor I am very conscious of how important service is.

I was in for an oil and filter change. Asked that my coupe get an overall inspection for a few rattles and vibrations I've been hearing. Joe listens carefully, takes detailed notes and understands the issues. He's always pleasant and professional. And, with this service, he went above and beyond when I asked that my front leather seats be cleaned and conditioned when they wash the car. Although I was willing to pay for that additional request, he indicated that it wouldn't be a problem and included it in the complimentary car wash service. Joe's aim for "customer satisfaction" is exceptional and my car always looks like it just came off the showroom floor when I pick it up. I sometimes think that I can take my car elsewhere and save a few bucks. But working with Joe and the convenience and ease of dropping my car off and having a loaner to get to work brings me back every time. As a matter of fact, the service report indicates that my tire tread is low and front tires are worn unevenly. I priced around for new tires and the cost of a front end alignment. Although I can go elsewhere for a lesser cost, I'm going back to Frontier Infiniti in a couple of weeks for four new tires and a front end alignment. See you soon -- thanks to Joe and always making it a pleasant experience when servicing my coupe!

I recently took my G35 coupe to Joe Zueger to fix a problem with the clutch switch. Not only did he fix the problem but he also fixed another problem with the suspension components free of charge. I was very pleased with how he handled my issues and will not hesitate to go back for further service needs.

I've owned many upscale cars and used Dealer service facilities over the years, BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Porsche. Most of these companies use the "assigned" service advisor approach. Joe Zueger, of Frontier Infiniti, has proven to be the best I've had. He answers all my questions, helps me determine best options for my needs and budget, and--important to me--does not pressure me into purchasing optional services.
