William was very kind to me as I came in off the street in my 2010 M35 which I had owned since December. I have been having problems with the air conditioning system now that the weather had turned hot. He took the time to patiently explain the system controls, and suggested cleaning the a/c evaporation system to get rid of the wet sweat sock smell. William was the model of courtesy, and was an excellent listener as I unfolded my story. He will draw me back to Frontier. Thank you William.

I want to commend Mr. Perry and the mechanics for being professional as well as tenacious in dealing with an ongoing problem I was experiencing with my vehicle. Mr. Perry is like a tinker building a dam! He left no stone unturned until the problem was rectified. I would recommend his services to anybody without reservation.

I service my vehicle at Frontier Infiniti and only see Mr. William Perry because of his professional demeanor and quality of customer service. I had a major maintenance service to my vehicle and Mr. Perry immediately updated and informed me of services recommended for my vehicle. He also accommodated an extra day for a loaner vehicle that helped tremendously with commuting to work. I did not have to change my work schedule and commute. Mr. Perry was also straight forward and precise with service recommendations and prices. Upon arrival of picking up my vehicle, the total price was adjusted lower than expected. Mr. Perry is another reason why I continue to choose Frontier Infiniti and my loyalty to Infiniti.

As usual, William Perry provided excellent, courteous service. Being a complete car novice, I have very little understanding about how a car works, and what the implications might be if a car part isn't working properly. William explained the problems with my car, and gave me several options on how to address the problems in easy-to-understand terms. Great job!

I just got my first Infinity car last month. I visited your shop/service center on Stevens Creek last week. Scheduling an appointment was so convenient, making sure it fits my schedule, as well as the pricing for the oil and filter change, William, your representative was helping me. He was amazing and extremely helpful. I will definitively come back for that Royal treatment again.

I was very impressed with the service at Infiniti. I had a problem with my engine stalling at idle speed.
I called up Infiniti and scheduled a service. They were very flexible in giving me an appointment which suited my schedule. When I finally reached Frontier Infiniti for my service, William Perry greeted me and quickly explained the entire process.
He was very friendly and answered all my questions patiently and accurately. As soon as the services department figured out the problem with my car and fixed it, William gave me a call and described in detail what was wrong with the car and what the services department did to fix it.
I was really impressed by the quick service. Overall a very good experience.

Is quick to let me know if something changed and I trust his recommendation on if the issue need to be addressed immediately or can be delayed.

William is exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. My car is a 2004 and so I've been working with William for a long time, so my statements are based over the 7 years I've had my car.
I think the Infiniti practice of assigning you a service advisor when you buy your car is very smart . . . my trust is built by a consistently good experience.

I purchased my first Infiniti Q45 at Frontier in March of 1991, my second Q45 in August of 1998 and my first M45 in September of 2003. After my first Service Advisor was promoted to Director of Parts in the mid 1990's, William Perry has been my Service Advisor for many, many years now - well over thirteen or fourteen - and he has always been totally helpful in making sure that my car is well-treated when it is in for service.
William is very knowledgeable about the cars, although I do get to surprise him on rare occasions with information that is somewhat unusual to my model year! :) For example, my 2003 M45 uses cooling fluid for the fan - not something you see every day - and this fluid needs to be replaced periodically!
William follows through on all minor and major issues that have arisen over the years, and makes sure that I am completely satisfied with all the work. I have no hesitation in pointing out that his assistance with my service work is a key reason for why I continue to have my car serviced at Frontier, even though another Infiniti dealership has opened up much closer to my home!
