I met Mr. Villa while buying my 2013 Infiniti G37. He made sure I had a really good experience while looking at every aspect of the car. He was a really good mentor for Mr. Paul who recently joined the company , and guided him through all the things to make sure my buying experience was really smooth.
Even during the negotiation stage , he understood all my requirements , and provided all the information from their side to make sure I made an informed decision. He did not rush me into anything and wasn't haggling to make the sale, this was the best thing for me as I do not want rapid fluctuation on price. The fluctuation is an indication for me that the initial quote was a really bad deal , and this could leave a bad taste in my mouth during the negotiation process.
I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in buying an Infiniti to talk to Mr.Villa , so that he gives a really good deal and buying experience to you.

I dealt with Jose Villa in leasing my 2012 QX 56. The experirnce was great, No Stress. Joe made it look so simple and was ready with all the answers and the paper work ready. the whole deal of completing the formality and driving away my Car took lot lessser time then i thought. Actually, i was dreading the amount of time i would have to spend doing the paper work as i had spent a day completing the paper work on a new Mercedes Benz that bought recently. It was totally different and pleasant with Jose. Jose was straight forward, honest, very informative, and very, very helpful, I would recommend Jose to anyone who is interested in a infinti in a heart beat, Great job Jose!!! and Thank you very much.

Jose was very easy to work with. I was originally planning to purchase my last vehicle but he offered me a new lease agreement that was too good to turn down. He is very knowledgeable about the product and patiently worked with my initial indecisiveness. This is my 4th Infiniti and it is because of people like Jose that I continue to drive this brand.

I highly recommend that you contact Jose Villa to conduct your next car purchase or lease. I was extremely pleased with the no pressure, easy to do business with attitude, throughout the whole process. Jose delivered the car that was requested with the options I wanted and at the price that was promised.
