I am a motorcycle and camping enthusiast, hobby farmer, and family man. A graduate of the University of Missouri, I spent 30 years in Corporate America. I decided years ago that if I ever had the chance to move back to the Carolina's I would. With God's grace and a little cleverness I made it happen! Since then, I have purchased several business in the Carolina's and decided Real Estate was my calling as my knowledge of various market around the United States, past experienced in commercial real estate and remodeling homes can be of use to those needing my services.

My spouse and I reside in Landrum SC, rescue animals and believe God's creatures are a beautiful part of life. Together we have raised two young men and are now blessed with 2 grandchildren, 3 dogs and 3 cats.

When I contacted Steve when looking for a home, I was looking for someone that would be avaliable to my unique schedule. Steve didn't disappoint!!! I can't think of a time Steve was unavailable to show me a house or answer a text. Great communication, answered all of my questions on a professional level, even some personal questions. When I started this journey I was looking for a real-estate agent. I'd say after working with Steve, I've found a home and made a friend in the process.

We had a difficult time moving from the west coast to the east coast, Steven was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, caring through the lengthy process even when we had unforeseen circumstances with our first home option. We could not have asked for any more from you. We would not hesitate to recommend you to any of our friends or family. To our family Steven has become more of a friend than real estate agent.

Steve went above and beyond for my husband and I during the sale of our home as well as the land that we purchased. He was always very informative and answered all the questions we had. Steve from the outset was awesome! He took time to understand our needs and desires on what we were looking for in a home. We must have seen at least 10 houses in person and he talked me though and send listings virtual of another dozen. He did not give up on us when the market seemed impossible and was awesome with negotiating when the time came. He got us a great home and was a wealth of knowledge. He put us in touch with the right mortgage people (Darren Stroud) and the attorneys at Guest & Brady were a breath of fresh air (thanks Lauren!) I would highly recommend Steve and his team to anyone in the market for a home!

He was diligent in gathering as much information about what we were looking for and what our family's needs entailed for our new home. From the first time we met him, Steve was beyond friendly and professional. While it was important for us to work with an experienced agent, we also wanted to work with someone with whom we felt comfortable. Steve checked both of those boxes... and then some! We weren't familiar with the Greenville area and he did such a great job of listening to our needs and helping us find what we wanted. Steve worked closely with us for almost 1 year assisting us to find the perfect acreage for our family. He listened to our needs and checked the listings regularly for potential land that may interest us. He located the property, sent it along expeditiously, then placed our offer with the listing agent the same day. He has invaluable contacts in the financing industry as well that helped us get the best loan options for our home build. After we were finished with the land purchase, he helped us sell our current home in a few hours on the market with multiple offers. Steve is a fantastic Realtor. He is super easy to work with, very helpful, very knowledgable and always willing to go the extra mile.
He helped us in navigating the area, as we were going to be moving from out of state. He accommodated us when we could fly in to look at properties, by having printouts of properties, a schedule made and a route planned to make best use of our time.
He listened to our needs and wants and worked tirelessly to find properties that would meet most of those or could meet them with some work or investment.
I would use Steve again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone searching for a home (or selling one, as his professionalism and responsiveness was a bright point of working with him!).
