In a few words,--Duty,: "duty with top notch, personal service team (answers all hours of day, reassures you during process and always available), high end (white glove mentality service, professionalism, to all clients (not just big loan one's)--Honour: unquestionable character, where previous mortg. brokers are 80% dishonest (fake, last minute mark-ups, falsified fees, etc,-- Todd is the opposite: "non-sales pitch," down to earth and hands down, the most honest mortgage broker I've had the pleasure of working with. We went over, Duty, Honour, and now Country: consumate patriot, /Bay area ties and knows Bay area trends with contacts with underwriters at all banks imaginable: great family guy, big Giants, 49'ers fan.

Reasons for aforementioned; we had "tough loan": 2 declared stated income self-employed business, and 1 job W-2, I approached the big guys--B of A, Wells, US bank, California, quicken loans, chase, etc.--all said no go because of self=employed. Was Referred to Todd by wife's co-worker, haven't looked back since.

If you have a tough loan, were denied before, residential, complicated commercial/ private loans, currently with a loan shark, balloon pmt. coming up, 1031 exchange complex refi/sell option, believe you me-- Todd's your guy-he's the real deal!--you won't regret it.

We worked with Todd to buy a short sale in San Jose. It was our first house, and Todd made us feel very comfortable. The seller had two mortgages with two different banks that had to approve the sale, and by the time we got approval from his second bank, we had only around 18 days before his first bank's approval expired. Todd helped us close in that time with an FHA loan, something our real estate agent told us was quite a feat! He was in strong communication with the lender, our real estate agent, and the escrow officer throughout the process, which was crucial for us being able to close in time. We recently refinanced to take advantage of lower rates due to the new conforming loan limits. Despite the mortgage industry crisis, due to Todd’s persistence working with the lender we were able to refinance at a lower rate -- 1% lower than our original loan. The lender tried to back out of honoring a rate previously locked in by Todd, but Todd would not take no for an answer and got the bank to relent and agree to the rate, saving us $400 a month on our mortgage.
