Because I had an unusual loan situation due to a relo package from my company, I was unsure if I was going to be able to take advantage of the low interest rates. Ken Dean did an amazing job, walking us through a comercial refi, that was so complicated. There are not enough characters in this window to accurately describe all the challenges. He got us an unheard of 3.5% rate on a long term fixed rate comercial refi. Incase you don't totally know what that means. It means he is a financing GOD. I would happily work with him as often as possible, as he made it as easy and painless as possible. If you have any challenges, in your financing package he is the problem solver to go to. Ken has handled at least three different refi's for me and all of them have saved me money. He was very thorough and efficient with all of them and very straight forward in his dealings with me. I would not hesitate to use him again the next time I need a new mortgage or need to refinance an existing mortgage. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field.

Ken Dean helped me refinance my home this spring. He was recommended to me by a good friend who had retired from being a loan agent. Ken is trustworthy, and I felt safe in his hands. Ken and his team both did a refi on our last house, our original mortgage on our new home, and the last refi that is so awesome I don't think we'll ever need to refinance again. We had some unusual constraints and he made it work wonderfully. I guess that means he's so good we don't need him anymore.

Until we buy another house, of course.

Ken helped my daughter obtain a mortgage on very favorable terms about 14 months ago. A few months later, he suggested to her that it would be to her advantage to refinance since rates had come down and home values had increased to the point that she would be able to refinance avoiding the PMI insurance. Had not been for Ken, my daughter would still be paying the PMI insurance for another several years. Because of his suggestion she was able to lower the interest rate on her mortgage, with no out of pocket costs, and save several hundred dollars a month due to PMI savings.
