I hear about Cecelia from my daughter, that said she heard about a lady with a lot of experience in Reverse Mortgage.
And she was absolutely right.
She's the most wonderful lady To do business with it.
Very knowledgeable about this area of expertise and very, very helpful up to the end of the transaction.
Keep it up my dear lady and friend.

Cecelia came highly recommended to us by the person who handled our previous mortgage. From our first meeting with her we felt confident in our choice. She listened to our needs and answered the long list of questions we had. Throughout the entire process, Cecelia was available every time we needed to reach out for information or assistance with decisions. She held our hands through the little bumps and delays that came up here and there during the process. We always knew that no matter what was going on, she had our backs and would take care of anything that came up.

First time homebuyer
Cecelia was an absolute pleasure to work with, and went the extra mile for me. There aren't many people who would expend the time and effort in an oversaturated market like ours, but throughout the process I felt like I was being treated as a person, and not just a commission. I'm happy to recommend Cecelia without reservations.

Real Estate Agent
This was my first time working with Cecelia and I couldn't be more pleased. My clients were first time buyers relocating to Oakland from SF due to a stressful eviction. Cecelia was FAST, responsive and thorough. She took the time to answer all their questions in detail and even drove all the way from SF to Oakland to be present for their signing! I felt completely confident that the financing side of the transaction was under control which allowed me to devote more time to my clients other needs. Exactly what I'm looking for in a lender! Thanks, Cecelia!

Excerpt from a recent thank you note:

Hi Cecelia,

Just a quick note to thank you for our phone conversation on Friday. The call was fantastic and the information was extremely valuable, as always. I truly appreciate the time you spent with me.

I realize such time isn't directly "billable" but firmly believe you must make up for it in repeat and new business. I am grateful for your willingness to share and educate folks as they navigate the craziness that is the Bay Area real estate market.

Thank You!

We have worked with Cecelia twice now. The first time was when we bought our home many years ago. The second was just recently when we decided to refinance. She has been amazing to work with both times. For the original purchase and the refinance she found us a loan package that represented what we were hoping to find. During the process she makes sure you know exactly what is required and if any issues arise she goes above and beyond to resolve. We feel very lucky to have had Cecelia helping us as we make these big decisions.

Cecelia was highly recommended to me by a friend who worked with her to purchase his last two homes in San Francisco. Cecelia did an absolutely amazing job guiding me (second time buyer; first time in SF), providing support, and walking me through the financial side of purchasing a home in San Francisco. The time to close was phenomenal, the service was impeccable, and Cecelia was absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend her!

It was great working with Cecelia. She knows the ins and outs of the otherwise daunting home loan process. She was easy to reach, quick to return calls, answered questions thoroughly, and was both patient and informative. The home buying process can be a stressful one, especially in the Bay Area; Cecelia made sure the financing part wasn't.

Relieved Home Owner
I would recommend Cecilia Tyeskey for her honest and fair evaluations. Cecelia has many years of knowledge and has adapted to the current mortgage industry standards. She understands many of the intricacies that will assist anyone in refinancing there home.

As my spouse and I worked with Cecilia we never thought the day would come for us to have a successful refinance of our home. I do believe that our situation was so unique that Cecelia herself had never come across it before. But with much patience and perseverance she helped us succeed.

I honestly hope that I will not have to refinance again. It was quite the experience that I do not want to relive but I am glad that Cecelia was there for the ride.

Sincerely,
Tina M. Yun

Professor, UCSF
My housemate and I went to Cecelia twice to refinance our house, an old Victorian in San Francisco. Our experience with Cecelia was wonderful! Even though we were both terribly busy with our professions in each case, she made it easy to get through all the paperwork without a huge amount of extra effort. More important to us, she told us exactly what additional documentation would be useful to get us the best loan rates and closing times that were among the fastest that could be achieved. She was the epitome of professionalism, while also being approachable, making the experience (and the practical outcome) excellent. We have recommended her to many of our friends and are happy to recommend here, online.

Working with Cecelia Tyeskey was both easy and enjoyable. As a first-time homebuyer, she was very patient with me, carefully explaining all the loan requirements and options. She researched several different loan options, and was very accomodating when I asked her to run alternate scenarios. When it came time to do the paperwork, Cecelia had a cheerful attitude and a good sense of humor that made all the work involved much less annoying than it otherwise would have been. She also worked very hard with the lenders to enable us to close earlier than originally planned, an additional service for which I was extremely grateful.

Recruiter
I have been a self employed recruiter since 2009 and if you know anything about the refi game, you will know banks prefer not to know you if you are self employed. Trying to get a refi was a three year process. Many banks (Wells, BofA,ING/Chase) all turned me down. When I first went to Cecelia she was brutally honest: I needed to make more money and lower my existing debt to income. It gave me a game plan. Long story short : after a year or so I went back and voila! she got me an amazing loan. From 6%/30 year fixed to something in the 2% range (7 year ARM). My mortgage payment has been cut by half. Cecelia had to put up with my frequent panic attacks and was always the voice of reason and calm. If she is not able to get you a refi it won't be her fault: it will be because she is working under the guidelines of the lenders. However, once you do qualifiy it will be an effortless process where you are guided by someone with years of experience and wisdom. I recommend her very highly.
