This was my first time ever going through the process of buying a home and there were a lot of unknowns for me. Not only did Lou answer all my questions, he was always available any time of day! Lou and his team made the impossible possible they not only got me clear to close in about 14 days they also made sure my family was able to be with me for this. He even called me at 8:45 at night to make sure this happened on time. I am extremely grateful for Lou for making a stressful event easy to deal with. We went through several lenders before selecting Lou for our mortgage lending. He is awesome! Lou was so great to work with! He is very knowledgeable about the VA loan process and had some great incentives to offer veterans! Lou was extremely thorough, a reliable communicator, showed compassion to our financial well-being, and was overall just a great lender to work with.
