Without hesitation, we recommend Jud Whyte as our loan officer. Jud kindly performed some "back of the napkin" calculations that he was kind enough to perform as a courtesy over the telephone, to see if my fiancé and I would even qualify for a mortgage. Because of his wealth of experience he was able to make suggestions on how we might prepare to apply for the mortgage.

Once we were ready and applied through your online application, Jud quickly and skillfully completed the Desktop Underwriting for us to include in FOUR purchase offers until one of them was finally accepted and we were in escrow for the first time. Jud's assistant Natalia Asevo deserves special mention because she helped review our documents and prepare letters of explanation for the file. This really shows how Jud's entire team goes above and beyond for your customers!

Jud locked in a great Guaranteed Rate and kept us apprised of developments on the file as we went along during escrow. Also, he was a Voice of Reason and Calmness during additional negotiations after the appraisal came in. In the end the file was approved with only minor, typical underwriting conditions. We closed 4 days EARLY even though there were THREE national holidays during our escrow period. We are extremely grateful for Jud and his expertise, patience, and availability during the entire process.

Jud Whyte went above and beyond the call of duty. He travelled to my job to obtain some documents from the human resource just for me to get qualified due to my hectic schedule. Jud was always available and educated me about my qualifications and budgets as a first time buyer. Jud was like a life coach to me. He is very humble ,honest, punctual, meticulous and down to earth.Even when I was very scared to take up this huge project, not believing in myself moving forward. I was recommended Jud through a friend who also has freelance income like myself. I had always expected and heard nightmares about how hard it is to get a loan and deal with all the paperwork involved with the banks with the type of work I do. This however was quite the opposite dealing with Jud. I honestly don't know much about what he does and he took as much time as needed to answer my questions and explain new things that I had never considered for many hours.
