My wife and I were excited to purchase our first home in LA, but felt very unprepared on the financial side of things. Fortunately, Simon and his team were able to take us on as new client and after our first call we knew we were in good hands. While searching for a home Simon was able to get us better educated on the entire process and when we were able to get into escrow we were ready. Simon's team were very quick and efficient throughout the entire process and we were able to close 4 days early.

I don't have the words to describe how amazing him and his team were throughout our entire process. They were diligent, professional, friendly, patient, and everything else. As a first time home buyer I was nervous and concerned about the whole process and had heard the escrow horror stories from friends and family. Things couldn't have been more opposite for us. Simon and team really saved me. I had started the loan process with my regular loan officer well in advance of placing an offer to ensure I'd have a clean loan process since there is always something that comes up and throws a wrench in your plan no matter how well prepared you are. Because it was a Jumbo loan and my original loan officer doesn't typically deal with Jumbo loans, they were charging a full point to get a decent rate. I decided to apply with Simon well into my closing period so was extremely pressed for time in getting a loan approved and closing the sale. Simon got on a call with me that night at 9pm, talked me through my options, quoted me the same rate at zero points. I applied online and the very next morning, Geoff on his team was in contact getting all the necessary paperwork. Simon's team was very transparent with status updates via text and email, which I very much appreciated given I was in such a time crunch. They were ultimately able to close the loan for me in a quick turnaround time, at a great rate with no points, and with reasonable closing costs. I have already recommended Simon and team to two friends/family members - I'd highly recommend them to anyone else. Thank you for saving my butt!

Simon helped us secure a mortgage as first time homeowners, and recently helped us again with our refinance. Simon and his team went above and beyond both times- moving quickly with a short escrow (which we know isn't always easy when dealing with condo HOAs), and locking us in at a good interest rate especially given the uncertain economic times at both the time of our original mortgage and our refinance.
