Tammy Cryer began her career as a loan officer in 2003. Since that time she has assisted clients in the East Bay Area of Northern California, where she is based, as well as Washington, Nevada, Idaho, Oregon and Colorado. She has also become an expert in a number of different home finance scenarios: first-time and move-up buyers, luxury homes, investment properties and vacation homes, and new construction.

Early on, she achieved success in numerous roles in the computer software business, and Tammy’s professional accolades include Affiliate of the Year awards from Contra Costa Association of Realtors in 2015 and the Women’s Council of Realtors, Contra Costa in 2014, and recognition as a Five Star Mortgage Professional in the San Francisco East Bay in 2012, 2014, and 2015.

Tammy holds a Bachelor of Music Performance Degree from the University of Northern Colorado. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, movies, wine tasting, reading, and scrapbooking.

Tammy was amazing working with my family and I over almost three years while I tried to break into the market. She was always there to answer questions and help with offer letter requests that I would often drop on her on short notice, and she’d get them done for us fast and on time regardless. I really cannot say enough about how great Tammy was. She was SO nice and patient with me about every step of the home buying process and it was my first time so there was a lot for me to understand and I could have easily got overwhelmed, but with Tammy it was not like that. She was very calm and organized and she really takes the time to make sure you understand the process and answers all questions in a timely way and also is just so clear. I started working with Tammy a few days after I was in contract because of a timing issue and we still basically closed on time!! I feel like she really looks out for you and makes sure you are okay. She has clear communication and such a dedicated team. I am a teacher and she was just very understanding of my schedule and just all the questions I had because the whole process was so new for me.
