Brett Aschoff takes the role of a trusted mortgage advisor seriously. He began his career as a loan officer in 1997, and since that time he has helped hundreds of families achieve their home finance goals.

In his down time, Brett likes to ride dirt bikes and ATV’s, hike, and go rollerblading.

I have purchased six homes, two within the last two years, and Brett was the best mortgage advisor I have ever had. He was helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. I cannot say that about any of my previous mortgage advisors. He even helped me resolve a computer problem I ran into and accommodated me when I wanted to submit my documentation on paper instead of electronically. I would definitely recommend his services and may even use them again myself.

We had been working with a realtor and his finance representative. We were not happy with their service or their inability to explain the process to us. We fired that group and hired another realtor (Aaron Weeks) who introduced us to Brett.

Brett was very attentive to our needs and explained the entire process as moved forward. Brett was able to get us a much lower rate than the previous individual we worked with. As soon as we submitted our financial info, Brett offered us a rate 1.6% lower than the other guy. This was just a couple days after working with the other guys and rates had not changed during that time.

The entire process was very easy to navigate and all documents were signed and submitted online. When we had questions, Brett always answered his phone and his underwriters were very easy to work with as well.

Bonus: Prior to our closing, Brett was able to get us an amazing rate under 3%. We highly recommend Brett and his team.
