Kaycee Pugel really came thru for us. We needed very specific timing to secure financing of our new house and had a very fluid closing date. We were able to list, sell and close our California home in 24 days and Kaycee’s hard work here in Payson made sure we weren’t “homeless” when it closed so fast. She pushed up the AZ. closing and made it happen perfectly.
