This is my second time working with Eric. The first time was the purchase of my home in November 2017. Since I was pleased with my interaction with Eric and trusted him to be honest with me and do whatever he could to make the process work for me, I called him to see if refinance would be a good move at this time, April 2020. Needless to say Eric was again very easy to work with and the refinance was fast and easy. He is knowledgeable and explained anything I was confused about. He responded promptly to my calls. He did everything he could to make every transaction easy for me. With the pandemic, some documents were a little harder to obtain. He was patient and presented alternative to get through without delays. I would recommend Eric for both purchasing and refinancing.

And knew more about my Bank of America mortgage then B of A ever told me! Digital communication was easy. Eric was amazing! I was a first time home buyer and the process can be very overwhelming and intimidating, but Eric held my hand throughout the entire process; and it was a long one, believe me!
