Domingo was great to work with! Him and his assistant Olivia went above and beyond to help us get all of our paperwork in order to buy our first home. They responded to emails/phone calls quickly and would even text us back on the weekend if we had a question. Anytime we had a question or didn’t understand something they both were there to help explain everything. Overall it was a smooth process getting our loan and I would recommend Domingo to anyone!!!

My husband and I just purchased our first home. The stresses that go along with that can be overwhelming, but the Carmel Capital Group team was knowledgeable, caring, fast, and professional throughout the whole process. Domingo was a dream come true - honest and upfront right from the beginning. There were no surprises and the customer service was always excellent.

Our questions were all answered and in a timely manner. All our phone calls/emails were promptly replied to. The online portal was easy to use. They were in constant communication throughout the entire process. They made it so easy to get to closing... something that I’ve always heard horror stories about, but with Domingo & team by our side, it was easy peasy.

Domingo was introduced to us through our real estate agent and helped us secure financing for our first home purchase. The area and home we purchased in is one with some specific and unique aspects to it, and having Domingo handle the transaction as a local lender proved to be invaluable. we were so grateful to have found him as we had an absolutely seamless and stress free experience.

He is incredibly helpful, professional and kind. He has a vast wealth of knowledge, both broad and location specific, that helped move the process along more quickly than if we had used a larger lender or financial institution. He was always available to help with an issue or question if one arose. He felt as sincere and caring as an old friend, but with the professionalism that gives you a deep sense of relief when dealing with financial matters of this magnitude. Just settling into our new home and feeling a great sense of gratitude for Domingo Alvarez and his team at Carmel Capitol Group. Working with Domingo and his team has been a wonderful experience as we journyed towards finding our dream property. So much uncertainty was honestly felt when we reached for the best home for us out there. You never know until everything closes if this is the one. But Domingo never gave up on us and worked his magic using a very complex funding loan and "VOILA" here we are in our dream property! It's almost unbelievable how talented Domingo is in his field. He has the rare combination of thorough knowledge of the opportunities out there and a great unbeatable mind set towards winning the funding for his clients (he did not give up when I know others would have!). After struggling for almost 4 months with my mortgage company who solcited me to refinance my loan to get a better rate. I was referred to Domingo Alvares by a friend. Here i am with a 800+ credit score, 75% equity in a million dollar house, and excellent debt to income ratio. Domingo was so easy to work with and my loan closed in 14 days from start to finish. Don't waste your time with anyone else. I wish i hadn't.
