We were introduced to Jackie in Nov 2019. She is the best and helped us decide what condo unit was best for us. We bought Dec 2019 and moved in January
2020, Jackie even went above and beyond and helped us choose the right colours. I was afraid of heights and she helped me get through this as well. Living at riverside residence has been the best decision we have made for the future.Retirement living at its best. Jackie made it all happened and we actually got the condo on the river side. Jackie is very friendly and personable. She had a light hearted approach which seemed to make buyers feel more at ease and definitely helped me (the seller) feel more confident in the navigation process.
I really liked that Jackie did her own checking with city officials rather than deligating any daunting tasks of getting information. I would highly recommend Jackie Harrison. She's was truly a pleasure to work with through this process.

Jackie is so amazing! We bought our first home through her and just recently purchased our dream home. She bent over backwards, coming through a snowstorm from another city to make sure we could see the property on time and put in an offer quickly. First Time Home Buyers
Jackie is absolutely incredible. As first-time home buyers, we were a bit nervous about the entire experience, but all of our fears vanished after our first meeting with Jackie. Not only were we impressed by her professionalism and industry knowledge, but we were absolutely smitten because of her warm personality and friendly banter (and also her love of all things Italian!!). She was always in our corner, and most importantly, she always gave us all of the information we needed to make well-informed decisions - never pushing us or swaying us in any one direction. Buying our first home has been an unforgettable and truly rewarding experience, and we have Jackie to thank for that. We almost wish that we hadn't found our house so that we could keep spending our Thursday nights with Jackie!!!

Can't say enough about Jackie’s help in finding a home for our son and his family. After viewing a number of houses we finally found an excellent home in a wonderful neighbourhood close to us. It is SO important to have the right real estate agent, and I have to say, Jackie was definitely the right agent for us! Jackie is professional, efficient and extremely effective! She really knows the market, is honest, open and direct without being offensive or abrupt. To say she is a hard worker is a total understatement! Jackie was referred to us from an agent in our town for a property search in Guelph that needed done in a very short time period. She was in contact with us the Friday and set up viewing appointments for the following day. We were in Guelph on the Saturday to view properties when we "surprised" her with the news that we were leaving on a two week holiday that Friday! No problem, we got a place that day. Jackie is extremely knowledgable about the market in Guelph and she was quite thoughtful with the choices she picked for us to see based on our requirements. She is very quick to respond, even if she can't give you a full answer because she is helping other folks at the time, she lets you know that she got your message and will get back to you as soon as she can. We found her very pleasant and easy to talk to even though we just met her. Although it was a whirlwind day, we were very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Jackie Harrison for your real estate needs. Thank you Jackie!

We were very glad we chose Jackie to sell our home. We interviewed several agents and we chose Jackie because she was the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable agent, but also because she listened to us and did not do all the talking.
After our small renovation took a lot longer than expected, we had missed the "hot sellers market" and were worried about whether or not the house would sell. Jackie not only marketed our house beautifully with great videos and sales pamphlets but she actively found our buyer. She pursued interested potential buyers and encouraged them to find out costs to make the home improvements on their wish lists. She also encouraged potential buyers to make an offer to at least get a dialogue going. The most important recommendation I can give is that she actively created a market for our house and ultimately got it sold.
