I came from Argentina with my family in 1990; back home I worked as a
salesperson in different industries since 1972.  Upon settling into Canada
and having to learn a new language, I studied and worked very hard until I
was able to do what I enjoy the most; ?getting back into sales. My initial
sales experience was in both the automotive industry and promotional products
line.  
 
I entered the Real Estate industry as a licensed registrant in 1999 with a
small Brokerage and was fortunate to move to HomeLife/ROMANO in June 2001. 
 
Since 2002, the combination of my hard work, experience and my ethics, have
been instrumental in obtaining different National Awards, in recognition of
my achievements.
 
My business has been built primarily on referrals from satisfied clients that
reward me with their confidence and in many cases with their friendship.
 What really makes me proud and happy, day in and day out is to be assisting
people whether they are buying or selling.
As I have had clients looking to buy or sell in all communities within the
Greater Toronto Area, one of my strengths is to go where my services are
needed whether it is from Oakville to Newmarket to Whitby. 
 
I speak ENGLISH, SPANISH and have a good knowledge of ITALIAN.  Even though
the residential aspect of the Real Estate industry is where I practice the
most, I have had the opportunity to be involved in Commercial and Investment
transactions working as a team with some of my associates. 
 
Recognizing that buyer clients needs do vary, one of the most important
aspects of being a successful salesperson is to identify what is important to
each client and having the ability to convert their dreams into reality. As
such my business has grown substantially over the years. 
 
Further as seller clients expect different levels of service, I have a
variety of commission programs designed to fit such unique requirements.
 Once those needs are recognized I have flexibility to design a program
enabling me to obtain the best possible price in the shortest period of time
with the minimum amount of inconvenience. 
 
Regardless of whether you are Buying, Selling, Investing or Leasing, my
pledge is to guide, advise and assist you through the entire transaction
including but not limited to, working with your lawyer, mortgage broker or
building inspector. My responsibility is to ensure that the entire process is
a pleasant and financially rewarding experience.
