Real Estate Finance and Investments
Sometimes you are lucky enough to meet a professional who is so good at her job that its hard to describe.
I was introduced to Kara in 2010 when I was buying a house in a town in Eastern Oregon. The real estate agent said that everyone insists on using Kara because she is so efficient, accessible, professional and reliable...and on top of that..she's super nice. I asked where she was located, and was told that she was 200 miles away...in Portland. Given that most real estate agents insist on working with local professionals, that spoke volumes.
Shortly thereafter, I met Kara at her office in Portland. I could tell in a heartbeat that everything that I had been told was indeed true. Being a real estate finance professional myself, I'm able to tell when others are just ok, and when they are exceptional. I haven't met many who are exceptional. Kara is. Since then, she has been the only loan officer that I call.
Last week my husband and I closed on a new home in Bend, OR that Kara had prequalified us for a year earlier...prior to it's construction. There were a number of twists and turns along the way, and a week from the closing deadline, it looked like everything was going to fall apart. It was tenuous and nerve-racking....to say the least. But Kara remained calm and determined to work things out for us. And she did. Of course she did. We closed on time with a fabulous loan.
Even when things seem impossible, Kara will pull a rabbit out of her hat. She is awesome. I can't recommend her highly enough.
