Mike went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I could live in our dream home.
Less than a week before closing, the appraisal has already been late for several days(lazy appraiser had 3 weeks to turn it in). All we could do is worry and wait. For several days, Mike has been making phone calls trying to find out where the appraisal is at. Staying in constant communication with us, he finally hears that he will have an answer by 2pm, July 3rd. Meanwhile, are supposed to be closing July 9th, so things are really coming down to the wire. With nowhere to live the following week; 2pm rolls around with no appraisal. Next, Mike Denslow hears that he is supposed to have an answer before close. Finally the appraisal is submitted at 7:45pm; several hours after closing time, and the night before a holiday. Apparently Mike had already made some calls to HomeStreet's corporate office, as well as rallied the troops in his own office. Homestreet got our loan put together for us and we were able to close on time!
Mike, Thank you for your hardwork! Thank you and your co-workers for doing more than what is required, working after hours, going into a holiday, to make things happen for my family. We are sincerely grateful.
