Gretchen is AMAZING! My husband and I had gone through 2 loan agents, looking 2 years for a home, prior to finding Gretchen. She was recommended by 2 friends so I decided to give her a call.
As a busy mom, the fact that she will communicate by text is great! She always accommodated mine and my husbands hectic schedule and is very nice with our kids when we needed to bring them with us.
She was great at explaining the process to us and always had answers or would get answers to the questions she didn’t know.
The biggest difference between her and the other loan agents we worked with was that she listened to our needs and respected our wishes rather than being pushy as well as the knowledge she has.
I would recommend Gretchen to anyone. She exceeded my expectations.

I was very nervous going into Homestreet (the name at the time) for the first time, but Gretchen made the whole process easy for me. She explained everything to me in a way I could understand and talked me through step by step what the process would be like to own a home. Gretchen advised me what I needed to do to maintain my credit score in order to ensure I could get the home I wanted. She did not hesitate to help me get a larger loan for the home I wanted and was very proficient. Gretchen had my best interest in mind since day 1 and ensured I was comfortable with the loan details. Gretchen was great to work with! She was very quick with response and requests. Gretchen was very thorough in her explanation of what she needed, how the loan process works, and in what the details of the loan were. Gretchen was also very willing to work with my busy schedule to get papers signed and documents transferred. I would highly recommend Gretchen at Home Street if you are looking at getting a loan.

Gretchen is simply the best! She was so wonderful to work with; she answered all of my questions promptly, no matter how small or when I asked them. Gretchen took the time to help me determine exactly how much house I could comfortably afford and helped me get the best loan rate. She worked hard to save me money wherever she could. I feel very lucky to have worked with Gretchen when I purchased my first home last year. She made the whole process very smooth and I felt well informed every step of the way.
