He emailed/called me regularly with notices to sign and explained what they were for or updates pertaining to my refinance. He also emailed/called to just see how my family and I were doing (making that personal connection). He’s a real gem and asset to Homestreet Bank. He answered every and all questions I had and made sure I understood what was happening at each and every step. He gave me time to think over certain things without pressing for a response and even then, he answered questions even when I was not ready to make a decision. He gave me time (as this was a big decision to make). He led me to offices where my paperwork needed to be turned in and had me in contact with notaries and other key factors that helped in the closing of my refinance. He was amazing to say the least. There was almost no work on my end. He did it all and I can’t thank him enough. We are so blessed and grateful to him for helping us with this entire process.
