I have been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years and have worked on all types of loans and properties – residential, commercial, multi-family, and construction. I have lived in Napa Valley since 1967. I have a thorough knowledge and understanding of underwriting policies for both conventional and government loans.

Judy is one of the most responsive and helpful people we have ever worked with, and of the highest integrity. She was so helpful from day one in making sure we knew exactly what documentation was needed, what we could afford, and how our mortgage would impact us. As a Napa local, she provided helpful insight as we were searching for our new home here. We recently used Judy's services as a loan agent to purchase a house. We had a loan agent, but he was on vacation when we wanted to purchase a new home, and Judy did not hesitate to jump in and help us very quickly. The Flagstar process was made easy as they sent emails with each new step, explaining what would happen next. We always knew where we were in the loan process, which was great. Judy was always willing to explain anything to us we didn't understand. We found her to be patient and very professional. And on top of her professionalism, Judy is a kind person and was a joy to work with. We wouldn't hesitate employing her loan expertise in the future!

Judy and her team did a great job for us. We had only on delay in our loan process and that was due to the appraisal. Since we live out in the county, they could not find very many comps to compare to our home. I would have no problem in going back to Judy if I need anyother home loan.
