I can't think of a better person to work with than Evan. We have worked with Evan on a number of mortgages and each time it is painless, easy and done with care on Evan's part. Evan's approach is more like working with a good neighbor rather than a mortgage banker and our trust and appreciation for him is much more than our "mortgage guy".

Evan was the first Loan Officer I worked with at HomeStreet, getting qualified for a loan on a purchase we didn't end up buying after the inspection. When the right home did come on the market, I reached out to Evan again because of that first experience with him.

Earlier this year Evan assisted me in procuring a mortgage on my house, and he did an outstanding job in every regard! First of all, he found a loan with very favorable terms. I shopped around, and couldn’t find any other lenders that offered anything as good. In addition to that, he worked hard to make the transaction go smoothly from start to finish. His did a great job explaining my various term options to me, and was very responsive to my questions. Throughout the whole process, he was efficient, organized and professional.
