I have had the privilege of working as a loan officer with HomeStreet Bank for 39 years and have successfully processed and closed over 6000 transactions. I've been a member of the Presidents Club for 14 of the past 25 years. Prior to HomeStreet I was successful RE Broker with Century 21 Real Estate. This professional experience, along with owning and managing multiple personal properties in Seattle, gives me an extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. I'm confident with any residential real estate transaction - from the first time home buyer , to luxury homes , multifamily rentals and everything in between. I'm a Seattle native with BA in Business from Western Washington University.

Danny has a tremendous wealth of experience in residential mortgage lending of all types. I have secured financing for over a dozen homes and have invested in income producing real estate since 1969, and Danny is the most knowledgeable loan agent I have ever worked with on residential properties. Besides his knowledge and experience Danny is very easy to work with, follows up on every detail, is a strong advocate for his clients with lenders, and diligently pursues all aspects of the loan process until completed. You cannot do better.

We could not have asked for a better person to work with throughout this process than Danny. He goes above and beyond for his clients to ensure they are getting the best set up possible for their unique situation. He also took a lot of time to speak to us and ensure we understood every step of the process. I recommend Danny to anyone in need of a mortgage solution. Danny is knowledgeable, timely, efficient, process and solutions focused and seemingly always available. He meets impossible deadlines, provides mortgage options with pros/cons and really comes into a full support model working with buyer, agent, title/escrow, etc. He is versed in multi-state regulations (we partnered w/Danny in WA and CA)... Danny (and Dani) are the best! We closed in 28 days without a hitch. We were first time buyers as retirees and Danny directed us through each step on associated income verification. He was proactive to help us lock in a lower rate as rates were climbing. He is as good as he ever was 34 years ago when he did our first home. You can't find a better loan officer.

Danny was a key player in helping me acquire my latest house. It started as a basic purchase, but turned into an arduous 5 month closing (with 4 lock extensions). Danny always knew the best strategy to keep the deal alive, and was responsive with getting all the docs to the right people. After the sale, interest rates dropped a lot, and he got us a refi that dropped our rate by 0.5%. Best of all, he's happy to just talk to you about things, at any point in the transaction. Great person to have on your side!

The market was crazy throughout the first half of the year, and sometimes we only had a few hours to make changes to our bids.
