Steve was a life saver during our home buying experience. He was personable, responsive, and knowledgeable from the beginning. We threw a major wrench in the process a few days before signing by changing some terms of our mortgage- Steve was able to get the paperwork updated and decrease the delay while remaining understanding about our situation. 10/10 would work with Steve again!

Steve was absolutely great. The way I measure good customer service is how attentively someone responds or acts on customer inquiries or wishes. Steve was quick to respond and help my wife and I whenever we had questions or needed help with the next step in the process. Also he always had a good attitude about things which is important to me. I highly recommend Steve for whatever banking needs someone else is seeking in the future!

We were referred to Steve by a work colleague. To put it simply, he fought for us. We were not first time home buyers but we were running into problems with verifying information due to the student loan freezes. He kept at it with us, helping to guide us to find the right information to get us approved for the loan we wanted. He never let up. And when we were approved he called with an excited announcement. Then when we found the house we wanted, he worked with us every step of the way to navigate the inspection and a hold back that was needed. We are so grateful for Steve and will work with him again when the time comes. Thank you!!
