I began my career in the mortgage industry in 1982, after graduating from the University of Washington with a double major in Economics and International Finance. My experience these past 30 years has not only been in Mortgage Sales but also in Operations. I spent the first part of my career in Processing as a Centralized Processing Manager and secondly as an Underwriter. This foundation in Operations and Underwriting has helped me as a Mortgage Loan Officer to better understand how to put loan transactions together, to know what type of documentation will be required by Underwriting and to check the guidelines.

I thoroughly enjoy and get personal satisfaction working with my clients in obtaining home ownership. I have built my mortgage business on relationships that I retain well after closing. My business has been driven and built on successful transactions and referrals from clients and realtor partners. As first-time home buyers, the process was a big learning process for us. But Jenny helped us greatly in understanding our loan options and communicating clearly and timely. From the time Jenny took over my account I was in good hands. I could count on timely contact and she coordinated with my Real Estate agent to make sure I got the right house at the right price. She worked hard to make sure I got everything I was looking for in interest rates, closing costs, and monthly payments including Taxes and Insurance.

Great working with Jenny on a second home in Hawaii. Knowledgable about lava zones. Homestreet does lend to the Big Island. Can be tricky for many lenders. Good record keeping, I had an open application from a previous transaction, so I did not have to go through another reapplication process. Uploading documents was easy through the website, and Jenny confirmed receipt each time, Secure. Moved quickly, closed on time, no problem. Also handled employer/partnership income appropriately. Thank you for a great job done.
