I talked to a number of mortgage officers as I got started on the home buying process. Chris was amazing start to finish. She didn't mind 10,000 questions, she ran all sorts of different loan amount and down payment scenarios to help us feel comfortable before we went actually out to look for houses so we weren't in over our head. She communicated every step of the way and made it easy for me to sit back and be comfortable and know that everything would go according to plan and when our offer was accepted that's exactly what happened.
