We can't emphasize enough how much we appreciated having Erin as our loan officer, especially when unforeseeable complications arose with our application. From first contact to closing, Erin was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Working with her felt like having an advocate on the inside, someone who was genuinely invested in not just the success of our loan, but ensuring we were treated like friends or family members along the way.

Building a new home is a whole new experience for me and it was good to know I was working with someone who knew this process from beginning to end. No matter what obstacles came her way, she managed to overcome them all with creativity and tenacity.

I should also mention Lexi Jaquith, the Transaction Coordinator working on this project. She was fantastic and never lost patience.

We were in a pickle with another lender and Erin came to the rescue!

She's 100% the best out there as far as construction loans go. Never hesitated to take a call and all hours of the day. We had what felt like a "out of the norm" situation with our project and she was able to make it happen for us.

Will recommend her to anyone looking for construction lending!

She maintained a positive approach to this project for a year as we worked thru all the issues, and was a pleasure to work with throughout. I generally do not write reviews or recommendations, I but cannot resist saying a few well-earned words about Erin and her work ethics. Erin is a professional to the core, hardworking, customer focused and a go getter, always available 7x24, and incredibly responsive. You are guaranteed to receive a response to your query in less than five (5) minutes if not sooner. I worked with her on my construction loan over six months and at no time I felt I did not get timely resolution. Once She responded to my query instantly while driving on her vacation with her extended family as if she is at work. I wish her well and growth in her career that she richly deserves. If you are looking for a highly professional and competent loan officer look no further. You can take my words to the bank.

She was very efficient, providing clear information. She has staff and systems which support her work, ie to get your loan in place.

I can't recommend Erin enough. Our loan process was long as it took us some time to get our builder contract signed. Despite the long timeframe, Erin always ensured my questions were prioritized and she would jump on a call anytime I needed to connect. As we crossed the finish line with finalizing our construction loan, she went above and beyond working after hours to secure us the best interest rate. Erin is a rockstar, simply put!

Erin was knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and available to answer questions and talk through issues. Her candid, no-nonsense style was refreshing. When we had questions, she had answers- and she made herself available and accessible at all times to help us out. I would recommend Erin to anyone and I look forward to using her for our next loan!
