I have had the pleasure knowing and working with Joy Linet, as my Broker, at Keyes Real Estate on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach. The Keyes office on Atlantic is a unique boutique real estate office, with a cordial and welcoming atmosphere. And that is a result of Joy Linet.

Being new to the business, I can only participate at Keyes part-time. Joy knows and understands that. As strong in management and sales as she is, she is also considerate of every individuals situation and compassionate. Joy has many years of real estate experience, and there is not a situation she cannot handle with real estate and personal know-how. When it comes to protecting her associates, she is like a mother and I would not want to get in her way! Joy takes true ownership of our Delray office.

Beyond all of the professionalism and business, Joy is just plain FUN! She is an entertaining goddess, and makes our office and her home open to big celebration and festivity. She makes the sometimes hard-knocks of the real estate business, a pleasure. You will love working with Joy!

Joy, has gone above and beyond what other brokers have done for their team. We were both with a different company than. She moved on to a great company Keyes and I followed a few years later. I did go to a different office and when I felt the time was right moved offices within the company to be back with Joy and the Delray Beach office - Its is a joy (no pun intended) To work and feel the respect you will get when you have a great manager.

I have been a Realtor in the Delray Beach office where Joy hired me 1 and a half years ago, and it has been the best experience I have had as a Realtor thus far. She, and the Keyes Company have given me much desired, and needed proper training, and for that alone I feel grateful. She is a wonderful Office Leader, and makes this office feel like family as well as a creative, and always helpful environment. She is available to me when needed, and she goes out of her way to find the correct answers to any questions, situations, or issues as soon as they arise. Her office meetings are encouraging, and informative. She takes the time, and reminds us to use our Family of Services, and those reminders lead me to winning an award for our office, and the company. I felt really proud to be a part of that evening, which was just another affirmation as to how wonderful this company is.
The traits that I Love the most about Joy, and the way she does her job here, are how genuine, and spiritually full of life, she is, and how she can always walk around with a smile , and posses a positive energy no matter what is going on around her.
