Elaine did an excellent job with selling our Silicon Valley house. She is an excellent communicator, with great follow through on the details. She has the knack for responding quickly to questions, and providing the right level of information. This was particularly important for me because I am constantly traveling, needed help with selling a house while out of the area, and had very little time to spend on getting the house ready to sell. I wanted to be aware of the essential details, and did not want to have to micromanage each step. Elaine takes ownership of the entire process, and promptly problem solves at each step of the way. First, a bit of explanation behind our situation and how Elaine played a big roll. The property that we contracted for Elaine to sell was my parents home for 45 years. My father recently passed away and our family needed to sell his home and all family members did not reside in the area. Elaine was highly recommend by my father's estate planner because she had successfully handled home sales within estates for his clients in the past. Elaine took charge of seeking out furniture resellers, handymen, cleaning crews, etc. so that we did not need to be present in order to keep the process moving forward. What our family did not want from the estate and could not liquidate or donate, Elaine was able to handle and ready the house for sale. She contracted with painters, carpet cleaners, furniture stagers and others on our behalf to present the property in its best saleable position. Furthermore, she provided excellent advice regarding each offer that was presented allowing us to make the best possible decision regarding the sale of the home. I highly recommend Elaine to sell anyone's home under any situation. She always has her clients' best interest in mind.

Elaine is a five stars realtor. She helped me a lot in selling my condo in San Jose. She accompanied me in the moving out inspection when my tenants moved out, she gave me advice on a few touched up repairs to make the condo more appealing. Finally, she transformed my condo to a warm and cozy home with her professional staging. I received total five offers, varying with prices, down payment percentages and closing dates. Elaine explained the pro and con of each and also advise me on how to choose and counter offers based on each situation and my preferences. As a novice seller, the paperwork seemed overwhelming to me at first. However, with Elaine’s help and her easy to understand explanation, I was able to manage all at ease. It took about a month to sell my condo. But it was worth the waiting. I finally sold my house almost 10% higher than I expected. After this experience, I know that Elaine is very knowledgeable in real estates and is pleasant to work with. I will look for Elaine again as my real estate agent in the future.

Elaine helped me with my first home purchase a couple years ago. Her involvement with my purchase blew me away. Elaine was genuinely helping me a home, not just to close a deal. She acted like my house-buying mentor, offering her advice on properties we saw. Her input was invaluable.

Elaine sold my San Jose condo in early 2001. It was a time when real estate prices seemed to have peaked and were likely headed down. Following Elaine's marketing of the property, we received four offers. One was substantially above the others and well above the asking price. We accepted this offer but not before Elaine skillfully negotiated a zero rent rent back following the sale permitting me to leave the condo on my preferred timeline.
Elaine is very knowledgeable, energetic, easy to work with, and a very capable negotiator. The condo sale was my last San Jose real estate transaction. If there had been another I would have gone to Elaine immediately but have since recommended her strongly to others. She is simply the best real estate agent I've ever worked with.
