We just completed the exchange of a $36M apartment building with three replacement assets (a call center, a grocery story and a single tenant office). This was my first 1031 exchange in over a decade, and first one with multiple target properties. We required a lot of hand holding throughout the process, and had many questions around the intricacies of our approach. Throughout the process, IPX1031 proved themselves to be both responsive and capable. It felt like we had an entire team at our disposal, all at a super reasonable rate (I am still wondering what the catch is!). They saved us a significant amount of money on CPA and legal fees and got us to the closing in a timely manner on each deal.
