This was my first time using Amber Bean and Lawyers Title for a transaction. It was handled with care and kindness. Everyone was informed In The prose along the way , as to where we were and what was Missing from Both seller and buyer. My client Spoke to Amber Bean and expressed that she was so nice and kind and Lead him trough the Proses in a Manager that he understood and felt completely comparable with . I prefer to use Amber in every transaction she is professional and performs each transaction smoothly. Her greatest strength, in my opinion, is that she remains neutral for both sides of the transaction, I've had too many that don't. Amber Bean is the best escrow officer I have worked with as an agent. I use her for my listings and recommend to use her as a buyers agent. Communication is always great, constant updates and reminders. I never have to worry that things will get done correctly when Amber is involved.

Amber Bean and her assistant Jennifer Provance had additional challenges on this transaction dealing with resources in Illinois to obtain the necessary documents from my clients sale of their home in Illinois. They had to continually communicate with the Escrow Bank, Chicago Title and the attorney in Illinois to get what we needed to close. Both Amber and Jennifer kept all of us informed through out the transaction on where we were and what we needed to close.
