Susan was fantastic. This was a very complicated sale with the buyers in CA, the seller in FL and the property owned in both a Trust and a QPRT. Add to this we had a tight window to complete the transaction before the end of the month. And it all happened without a hitch. Susan was on top of everything and communicated clearly to make sure each step was handled well. I signed papers with a notary here in FL on a Wednesday and those same signed papers were back from CA on Friday. It was reassuring to know that everything was being handled so efficiently. Best part of working with Ron and his team is that they integrated seamlessly with our realtor and lender. When I did need to connect with Ron he was friendly and knowledgeable. But the fact that there was so little hassle when it came to escrow or closing is why I would go back to Ron.
