Ron is a great guy and very easy to work with. He and his assistant Melisa helped us closed the contract quickly without any issues. He patiently explained to me what a vesting title is, and even helped us update our deed after my wife and I got married. By then, the deal had already been closed, thus he was doing it completely voluntarily, just to help us out. Would strongly recommend Ron and his team!

Ron DeChaine continues and has always been a high level, top quality senior escrow officer with an amazing team that communicates immediately upon receipt of an email. His attention to detail, and recently we had a very detailed sale that had many pieces to it, and I mean many- a 4 page closing statement for the Buyer, which was handled and managed flawlessly. Ron, also has handled subdivisions for me as well. These are very technical and there are only a few that can handle this level of business. Along with handling IRC 1031 exchanges for me as well, which MUST be done right due to the nature of this line of work. Our Transaction Manager who is highly detailed has stated that Ron and his team are a "top shelf" Escrow Team. This also includes great communication and responsiveness for the Agent on the other side of the transacation-a truly key component to a good transaction You will not be disapponted in working with this team.
