I have worked with Melanie on many transactions and found this to be the most difficult transaction. Melanie was very patient and helped explain to the buyer the legality of the issue that we were facing. The borrower was very upset with their prior lender and if Melanie was not there to calm her down the outcome would have been catastrophic. I appreciated Melanie being there to talk to the borrower as I felt like she spoke in the same language as the borrower and was able to calm her down. Thank you Melanie for being there for your buyer!
