Vicki did a fantastic job! This is the second instance in which we have used Vicki and she has been absolutely amazing! Vicki did so much background work to help us save money on inspections that were completed just prior to our offer. She worked relentlessly to ensure we had what we wanted and needed to be safe in our new home. Vicki made extra trips to the home location, even though it was out of town a good ways, so we could look around again, show our family, or to get us some measurements. Vicki went above and beyond what we would have expected using a different agent. Vicki made us feel like we were apart of her family and she was taking care of us. Vicki is many things; amazing, efficient, awesome. But if I had to choose one word to describe her it would be Professional. Vicki is a straight up Pro. Answered my phone call on a Saturday and met with us that Sunday. This isn't a part time gig for her, but what she does all day everyday. And she is the absolute best at it. Sold my house for full asking price in less than a week. All of this with us being on the other side of the Country. Coordinated all our repairs that were needed and everything. We had a great experience! We bought our home while still living n Chicago. Vicki emailed and responded to us daily and found us a home that met all of our criteria exactly. We found out we were relocating in mid-July and were living in our new home in Sahuarita by early September. The ability to do so much of our communicating via the internet/ email as we were 1600 miles away, was wonderful. We had to move quickly due to a Military PCS order and had interviewed two other Realtors before Vicki. We were drawn to her mainly because of the glowing testimonials on her website and she was the first link for "Sahuarita Realtors" on a Google search. After meeting her in person, we felt confident in her abilities as a Realtor. She was intelligent, honest, and really made us feel comfortable in her care. Because we would be out-of-state while selling our home, we were worried about whether we would be kept in the loop about important things related to our property, especially since it would be vacant. I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about our wonderful experience with Vicki Watson. My husband and I wanted to sell our townhome in Santa Rita Villas and decided to contact Vicki to help us. I found Vicki's name through many recommendations on the Residents of Rancho Sahuarita Facebook page. There seemed to be many people in our community that highly recommend her. I first contacted Vicki via email. Vicki was very knowledgeable on the area, especially the Santa Rita Villas. She made the entire transaction quick and painless, and she always kept us informed. Our house received an offer within a few days and closed in less than a month. My husband and I just completed the purchase of a home in Casa Paloma 1. We live in Minnesota. We were extremely fortunate to find Vicki Watson in an online search for buyer's agents. . I don't think we could possibly have had a more hardworking, more conscientious, more knowledgeable and more personable agent than Vicki. We wanted to buy a home in Casa Paloma 1 or Townhomes 1, which did not present a large number of possibilities. Vicki took extra photos of a specific listing so we could see the yard and view. I flew in 2 days later to see it and other homes in the general area. After a conference call with my husband, we made an offer the same day. The offer was only the beginning of the outstanding service we experienced. Vicki was present for all inspections. She scheduled the overall inspection with Peak Inspections, so we could be there. In addition, Vicki attended all of the estimate appointments (since the roof had to be replaced) which assured me that the process was fair and that our interests were represented. Due to Vicki's skillful negotiating, the sellers agreed to pay for all repairs. On October 28, Vicki accompanied Carl from Peak inspections on the final inspection to certify that all work was done and done properly. We closed from Minnesota on October 29th completely reassured that the home was fixed and ready. My husband and I have dealt with several real estate agents over the years. At best they were adequate, never doing more than what was required or requested. On her own initiative Vicki undertook every task related to our purchase. We never had to ask her to do anything because it was already done. This is the kind of service we might hope for on a multi-million dollar purchase. It's the service Vicki provided automatically on a $90,500 purchase. I hope you realize that she is a superstar. That is why I will be recommending her to everyone I know in Green Valley.
