Five years ago we decided that the time had come to leave out multi-level home and find a single story. We called Dominic Godfrey at the time and asked him to meet with us and give us an idea of home prices, value of our home and spent a couple of hours discussing things with us. We ultimately decided that we weren't really ready to move and told Dom the time wasn't right for us. He did not put any pressure on us and told us to give him a call when we felt we were ready,.

Dominic and his team were fantastic! They were able to sell my house above list price in less than a week, and using his professional team escrow closed and everything was finalized in a few weeks after the sale.
I contacted them early on and they provided very valuable advice in regards to what is important to prepare my house for the sale, as well as the best times to put a house on the market. This made the process very organized and manageable, with Shae providing various contractors to help prep the house. He provided solid data points and great advice on the correct pricing of the house, which is critical to maximize the sales price. His team then managed the paperwork efficiently to reduce my burden with all the forms needed these days. His knowledge of the real estate market and local area was extremely valuable.
Dominic even went the extra mile managing various small items during the sales cycle when I was out of town. He truly became a trusted advisor when he stepped in to manage a small gas leak that popped up when the house went on sale, with no effort required on my side. He even went as far as ensuring the trash cans were removed after I moved out.

We met Dominic at a time when we were looking to live in the Los Gatos/ Campbell area. We were struggling to find the space we needed at a price we could afford, so he showed us Morgan Hill. After weeks of searching, Dominic found a bank-owned property that went into multiple bids. He was successfully able to negotiate an outcome in our favor. We purchased our house in Evergreen, San Jose 6 years ago through Dominic and we feel very fortunate to have him as our agent on a year long journey to finally find a house we really like. About one year before the purchase, we met Dominic and we're instantly impressed by his friendliness, honest, knowledge and experience. He showed us numerous houses in Gilroy, Morgan Hill and San Jose, and always did his homework (contacting seller's agent to find details of the listing and etc.) so that we could have a fairly good idea about the houses before we actually saw them, which really increased the efficiency of our searching. He never tried to push us to make any decision and sometimes gave us suggestions not to consider a property if he found out there're certain major issues/drawbacks about it. In a market with hundreds and thousands of listings, an agent who can be trusted is critical. My husband and I have been married for 8 yrs and we decide to buy a house and we didn't know where to start, so we look up on the Internet and found Dominic .
