Five years ago we decided that the time had come to leave out multi-level home and find a single story. We called Dominic Godfrey at the time and asked him to meet with us and give us an idea of home prices, value of our home and spent a couple of hours discussing things with us. We ultimately decided that we weren't really ready to move and told Dom the time wasn't right for us. He did not put any pressure on us and told us to give him a call when we felt we were ready,.
Earlier this year we knew we needed to downsize and move to a single story and could no longer put it off. We immediately thought of Dom and called him again and told him we were ready.
Working with Dom and his assistant Shae and his entire office staff was a pleasure from beginning to end. Questions were always answered fully, phone calls always returned, follow ups done in every instance. Dom is extremely knowledgeable about Morgan Hill neighborhoods, schools, etc. He expressed his opinion, pros and cons, on the homes and neighborhoods, to include things like traffic patterns, schools and so much more. He told us what he thought we needed to know and put no pressure on us to make decisions we weren't ready to make.
He is well known and respected by the business community throughout Morgan Hill. He very detail oriented, and thorough. Very frank, ethical, honest and upbeat.
His assistant Shae and office manager Jacque, reflect Dom's work ethics in all they do. Other offices connected in the process of buying and selling homes,, i.e., inspectors, title companies, mortgage companies, tradesmen, etc. that we worked with, through Dom, also hold Dom and Shae in high regard and again reflect their high standards for service.
Selling the home we loved, downsizing, and the whole process of change was pretty stressful for this pair of senior citizens.....So lucky and grateful to have had Dominic Godfrey and his Intero team working for us.
