When it became clear a few years ago that my wife was beginning her decline into memory loss, and it seemed our two-storey residence was no longer a suitable place for her, we turned to Madeline for advice. It impressed me that one of the options she discussed with us was a reverse mortgage. I was surprised because this was a rather disinterested proposal coming from a real estate agent. Putting that proposal behind us, I said we needed to move soon to a place that had the characteristics of a retirement home, and that we needed to sell our current home quickly. Madeline delivered on all fronts. She helped us find a suitable new place, she located a good mover, and she sold our old home quickly, smoothly, and at a very good price. To anyone is a situation similar to the one we were in, I say you couldn't do better than to seek out Madeline.
