Dao was a fantatic realtor to work with in selling our home in Union City. She knew the local market extremely well, and knew what needed to be done to our home to achieve the best price possible. Selling our home during mid-move out of state complicated matters, but Dao took the bull by the horns, so to speak, and diligently carried on her volunteer tasks of cleaning, planting flowers, and liaising with our general contrator and us. She constantly went that extra mile for us. We can't thank Dao enough for our home sale, and highly recommend her for any potential seller or potential new home buyer.

My wife and I met Dao when she was recommended to us by another realtor as someone with expertise in the East Bay. We were looking for a home both under a tight schedule (before our baby arrived!) and, worse, during the busy start-of-the-year housing market. It was challenging, to say the least! Dao was incredibly attentive, providing advance information about up-and-coming houses, obtaining disclosures from other realtors, and generally available at all hours to advise us. Dao even guided us through the complicated pre-built-house purchase process, even though we ended up not going that route. Initially I noticed Dao was involved with the Union City community because she published a short news letter about the area where my property was located. After considering other agents along with Dao, I realized she seemed to be more motivated on getting the listing. She seemed to be agreeable with most of my suggestions and would give me both pros and cons on any suggestion.

After signing Dao, she immediately prepped the property for showing during the open house and held open houses virtually every other weekend until the property was in escrow. She put in the extra effort of keeping the property looking as it did from the initial open house and notified me of any problems with the property. Overall Dao stayed intensely involved with the property until after close of escrow.

I would recommend Dao if you want to get your property sold and not just listed on the MLS forever.
