We greatly appreciated her confident, excellent and professional expertise to allow us to qualify for and receive the loan. We had difficult issues to be resolved and Linda gave us the information we needed and walked us through each area to get them resolved. Linda is fantastic to work with on every level. She's extremely knowledgeable about reverse mortgages, and she brings a deep compassion and understanding to the families who need them. She's also fast, professional, fun, and an all around great person. Our family has done two loans with her - one very time sensitive - and she performed at the highest level on both. Every question was answered promptly, accurately, and in just the right amount of detail (everything we needed to know without being overwhelming). She helped direct us to the best financial products for our situation, and worked gently and kindly with our 98-year old mother. Her assistant Rossana is also wonderful. Their work made it possible for our mom to stay comfortably in her own home. I found Linda through a recommendation of a financial advisor. She was more helpful than I ever could've imagined. I was working to help my parents obtain a reverse mortgage to pay for their in-home help and all of their needs. It is a very complicated process with many details, and Linda was compassionate, kind, thoughtful, timely, ethical, and supportive. We have been working with Linda for several years to implement a reverse mortgage on our house. Finally it happened on 11-8-23.

We had no idea what a complicated process it would be. Unbelievable amount of documents to scan and send to Linda. She was on top of everything from day one and while it was sometimes excruciatingly time consuming, it was very educational at the same time. Linda acted more like a project manager. I am one so I could relate.

All in all, it was a very satisfying experience to finally put it to bed thanks to Linda's diligence. She was fun to work with and we knew the we were very well taken care of.

Previously I had been influenced against doing a Open Mortgage. I received a notice from Linda regarding Open Mortgages and her services. I filed it away and thought I would look at it later, A very good friend came to visit and I discussed it with her and she recommended Linda. The name rang a bell so I looked up the information I had saved and sure enough it was the same person. I made an appointment and Linda went through all the information with me. I did decide to take the initial step and Linda walked me through the whole process. I am glad I did it and now I plan on taking my daughters on a cruise to Alaska next year, do a few things to my condo but ultimately want to stay in my home and now have money set aside for my care when I need it down the road. I highly recommend Linda if this is something you are thinking about doing.
