Rachel did a fantastic job handling both the purchase of my current home and the sale of my previous home, both of which included some negotiation. She represented me ethically and aggressively in spite of some challenges on both transactions. Her representation ultimately allowed me to successfully sell my previous home quickly and then move my family into my current home in a seamless manner, including a same-day close for both transactions. This was my second time working with Rachel and I could not ask for a more qualified agent!

We were moving from another state and were referred to Rachel Bradley by an associate at Director's Mortgage. We would come to view available homes in a hot sellers market every other week. Working with Rachel was an absolute delight, it took many visits to narrow our search to a particular neighborhood. Rachel provided detailed listing information and maps for every visit to maximize our time and to ensure that we were viewing homes that were within our budget. She provided prompt responses to our many inquires. Her friendly, personable and hard working attitude was appreciated. When it came down to making offers Rachel was diligent and through. Her follow-up on issues to make our purchase of a home in Portland a reality required contacts and with competent contractors to make inspections and repairs in a timely manner.

Rachel guided us through this tricky world of selling our house in the best way possible! She helped us know what to put in storage in order to show our house and always encouraged us that our home was very marketable and would show well. We went through some ups and downs but Rachel always had our back. She had great references for the work we needed to do. She partnered with us to sell our house and we did at the price we asked. Working with Rachel was a fantastic experience! She was engaged with entire process and was able to share advantages and disadvantages of each property or listing that I looked at and how they would affect my specific situation and needs. She kept me informed through the escrow, inspection, and repair processes and kept tabs on what was being done and ensuring that the schedule was maintained all the way to close.
