This is the 5th home I've purchased and by far the best experience I've had with a lender. George and his staff, particularly David worked very hard to get us the best deal. We were already preapproved by another company and George and First Cal beat them hands down. From the moment we walked in his office until we closed escrow, George kept us on track to close on time with a fairly short timeline. We had a VA loan and those can sometimes be difficult and require extra steps, but George and his staff fully understood the process. He was extremely responsive with emails and phone call, and there were NO problems at all with the piles of paperwork or working with the VA. If I ever buy a home again, George will be the first person I call!!

George and his team did a fantastic job on closing our home loan. He did an outstanding job of communicating throughout the whole transaction, we always knew where we were and what was coming next. Then in the end he showed up at the signing to make sure all out documents were what we were expecting, and they were actually Better than we were expecting as he got us a better rate than we thought we had.

We are so happy with our new home, George Kalis & his assistants gave us hope and life after 4 other lenders told us there was NO WAY we could purchase right now. They gave us the tools we needed to put ourselves in position to purchase when the others did not even lift a finger to let us know what exactly we needed to do so we could purchase a home.
Then, George hooked us up with an OUTSTANDING Realtor who got us 3% closing costs credit, Our last Realtor told us no way would we get 3% in this market,,, yeah, whatever.
Needless to say, we are now homeowners and could not be happier.

I was a little nervous about legal requirements and making sure we had the correct forms and so on. George and the team at First Cal helped walk us through all the required documents and steps. They took all the mystery and confusion out of the loan process for us. they were so excellent at answering all my questions, and there was a bunch of them. They walked us through the process so perfectly and professionally that they really made it seem so easy. we know it is not because our cousins went through their own HELL in getting their home loan after over 3 months of working on it.

The blessing in all of this is that I had a great team of people working on the loan end to make it happen so with that being said THANK YOU TO YOU AND YOUR STAFF.
