When I first shared my plan to Heather, and when I wanted to buy a home she was honest and told me what I needed to do and when I could do with my unique circumstance. When I came back nine months later she was ready to get started. I could not believe how available and quick she was to get back to me with answers for my questions. She never made me feel like my questions were not worth answering. Even when I didn't get something right away she would take the time to explain it. When it came down to the end and it was getting close to closing day, she kept me calm and positive about how things would play out. This is one of the biggest decisions a person can make. Heather made the whole process exciting.

Heather was AMAZING. We spoke quite a bit about our goals before we started house hunting so she knew what our priorities were and we had a set budget in mind. When we found a great home that was a smidge over what we thought we’d spend we called her and asked if she could think of a way to keep us under our max monthly payment and still get this home. We were mentally prepared to have to say no to the home, but she worked a miracle for us! The closing process was smooth and she was always quick to answer any questions we had! Heather was so fantastic to work with! I am a first time home buyer (first in my friends and family) looking to buy a home on my own and with a very short timeframe to close on a home. My biggest concerns in this process was being taken advantage of or being talked down to for being new to the process. Heather was a dream come true! She did an incredible job answering all my questions, making me feel well taken care of, and worked so hard to have the whole process finalized all in less than 3 weeks from when I first started looking at houses! I would 100% recommend Heather to work with and if I find myself buying another home I would 100% work with Heather again.
