Gary is a longtime professional and it shows. He knows a great deal about the market, is personable and very easy to work with. He and his team did a great job preparing the marketing materials (photos, videos, etc.). We were selling a challenging property and he enthusiastically stuck with the long sales process and was willing to get outside assistance when appropriate. The entire closing activity was well organized.

Gary is starting to back off the business a bit, which occasionally showed, although he is quite well supported by his assistant (Grace).

I have to say that working with both Gary and Grace made my transition from living in one home to advertising and selling so painless. Grace took some amazing pictures and within 2 days of my house going on the market we had a viable offer and. 40 day escrow and poof. It was done. They recommended movers who were great to work with. Gary was awesome! He suggested how we could prep the house. When it went on the market we had a cash offer the next day. We closed in two weeks. Where Gary shone was during the next two weeks. This was a long distance deal, and he knew exactly knew who to call and when. He took care of everything in our absence. As we could not have done it without him, he could not have done it without Grace. They're a fantastic team!
