Gloria is a great realtor. She was very diligent and worked tirelessly in getting my parents home in Patterson sold in a week. Since I live in Livermore and work in San Francisco, Gloria ensured that the things that needed to get done with home inspection, going to the home and waiting for people to come and take out the fireplace insert to make sure it is up to EPA code, plumbing, just to mention a few. Things ran very smoothly with Gloria.
I remember when she emailed me and then called me to tell me there is a buyer for my parents home, I couldn't believe it, a week to the day, a done deal. She is truly amazing and I am very thankful for all her efforts.
She assisted me and explained the sellers role very patiently, as this was all so new to me, and I had many questions.
