Hey all, I came to Sharon a couple of months ago with a mess of a property. Explained my situation and allowed her to go to work for me. Wow - Sharon turned out to be a great choice for me. I was selling a distressed property and had no idea of the complications I might come across. Sharon dug deep and gave me all the option I would ever need. After a short discussion and a recommendation Sharon and I decided on an asking price. As this was an estate sale the county had to do an appraisal of the property. Bingo the appraisal came in exactly what Sharon had recommended. With the blessing of the courts the property was now available for sale. Then Sharon and her company (not owner) came back to me the same night with 3 great offers. 1 at price, 1 $5k over and 1 $10k over. Wow again, we selected and offer, Sharon got the ball rolling, and in 30 days with many complications on Sharon's part the house closed. The only problems I had were to answer a few questions to Sharon and she did all the rest.
